China Octangle
After China Grove's invention I was done, again, and I still am, again. But you can't unthink an idea and in February I thought "couldn't these games be played on transcendental solutions of the Octopuszle?" As strategic variants of their tactical ancestry? To make a long story short, they can, and Ed was able to make a China Octangle/Squares board generator in an amazingly short time. So here they are. Abstract board games are venturing into an area where physical or material restrictions may increasingly be left behind. I'm glad that in my twilight years I've yet become a kind of trailblazer in this development. Being able to put it in a box doesn't really make a game a better game.
